What are the difference between c-zun ProMix and c-zun syrup?
Currently Burhani offers two lines of flavoured syrups: C-zun
Syrup and C-zun ProMix. Both are designed to enhance beverages and
desserts. C-zun ProMix have natural fruit extract
Flavours:
Features unique and exotic flavours such as Blue Curacao, Frost Mint, and
Falsa Premium Gourmet.
Uses:
Prepare specialty for beverages, mocktails, cocktails, and
gourmet desserts.
Flavours:
Includes traditional options like Lychee, Rose, and others.
Uses:
Ideal for creating classic drinks and desserts.
In summary, while both lines offer high-quality syrups, C-zun
Syrup focuses on traditional flavours suitable for everyday use, whereas C-zun
ProMix provides a range of exotic flavours aimed at more specialized
culinary creations.
The milk is curdling when I add certain flavors. Why?
Just like mixing lemon juice with milk will cause curdling,
mixing some naturally tart Burhani C-zun Syrups with milk (especially hot milk)
may not be recommended.
If a flavour is really tart in nature (e.g. lemon, Raspberry,
orange pulpy, pomegranate) the corresponding syrup will usually not be
recommended with dairy products.
Pineapple Syrup and Strawberry crush Syrup are
tart Flavors that have been specially formulated to work well with dairy
ingredients.
Try mixing 7.5 ml. of Vanilla Syrup with the tart flavouring
before adding any milk product. This sometimes works to balance the acidity
level and prevent curdling from occurring, without changing the overall taste
profile drastically.

I want to buy a case of your syrup. Can I mix the flavors?
You must order a complete case of the same flavor in order to receive the discounted case price. Mixed cases do not qualify for the discounted case price.
